Hofus Rig is an independent guide to desk setups and gaming gear: mice, keyboards, mousepads, and the small things that make a desk work better.
What this site does
Gear pages are full of specs and marketing claims. We cut through that. Each guide tells you who a product is for, who should skip it, and what it costs you in trade-offs.
How we judge products
We compare manufacturer specs, read verified owner reviews, check return policies and track real prices. When we have used a product ourselves, the page says so. When we have not, the page says how we reached our verdict. We never claim hands-on testing we did not do.
The full method is on our How We Review page.
How the site makes money
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That money pays for hosting and research. It does not buy better ratings. Read the Affiliate Disclosure for details.
Who runs it
Hofus Rig is run by one person who builds and sells online for a living and cares about getting purchase decisions right. Questions, corrections and tips are welcome on the Contact page.
